Mid-Week Fellowship Service

Wednesday 6 November

It is an opportunity for the older members of our church and local community to meet, hear from Gods word, be encouraged in fellowship with others and to worship in a more traditional setting.

Big Day In 2019

9am to 3.30pm Sunday 10 November

Big Day In is about being united as one in Christ and celebrating our awesome God. It’s a day of great Bible teaching, fellowship and prayer as well as a chance to look forward to exciting ministry plans for 2020 and beyond. This year’s theme is ‘All for God’s Glory’ as we look at how every thought, word, action and part of our life is to be lived for the glory of our incredible God.

A full kids’ and youth program will be run up to year 9. Arrive at 9am to register your kids and then enjoy some espresso coffee. Lunch and afternoon tea will also be provided on the day.

Friends at Northmead Event

 Wednesday 13 November

Friends at Northmead is having their final event for 2019 with a day out together enjoying the sites of Sydney Habour and in particular Watsons Bay. Meet at 9.40am at Rydalmere wharf for 9.55am ferry to Circular Quay, then a ferry to Watsons Bay. So cone and enjoy a relaxing lunch, cliff work and the beautiful views of our habour together.

Snowdon’s Commissioning Service

 10.30am Saturday 23 November

Come and join us for this special service as we once again commission our missionary partners the Snowdon’s to the work of sharing the good news of Jesus Christ to the people of Spain. This will be a great time of hearing from God’s word, the Bible, praying for Mike, Tania and the kids, and partnering with them as a church in their gospel work. We hope you can join us for this wonderful morning of prayer and celebration.

9am Women’s Afternoon Tea

2pm to 4pm Sunday 24 November

The women of 9am will be enjoying a light afternoon tea together with tea, coffee, cold drinks and some yummy treats. The afternoon will include a short talk about contentment in Christ. Please also bring something to contribute towards the Anglicare Toys ’n’ Tucker Christmas appeal.

1045 Women’s Wreath Making

7pm Saturday 30 November

Come and join us for a night of celebration as we learn how to make a Christmas wreath while hearing about the good news of Jesus coming into the world.
