Questions you might have:
What happens during the service?
Each week the order may change, but there are some common parts of all our church services. We pray, sing together and hear a part of the Bible read and explained (for about 30 minutes). Many people stay to chat over afternoon tea. Some weeks we have communion as a way of remembering Jesus’ death and resurrection.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely! Church is for people of all ages and stages. Children of any age are welcome to stay with the adults during the service, but we also have fantastic kids’ programs. KidsAlive is for those in years K-6 and Fusion for high schoolers years 7-9.
For more information visit our kids’ page.
Is there accessibility access?
We strive to make church as accessible as possible to everyone, so let us know what we can do to make your experience easier!
Mobility Access:
You can find a ramp entrance into the main church building. If you need to lie down during the service we recommend bringing a cushion and heading to the left of the main auditorium.
Accessible Toilet:
We have an accessible toilet in our ministry centre for those who need it. You can access it at anytime during our gatherings.
How long does a church service go for?
Our Sunday gatherings run for about 65 mins. You’re also welcome to join us for supper after each service.
I’m not a Christian - am I welcome?
Absolutely! Our doors are open to everyone, as we believe that the good news of Jesus is for everyone. We would love to help you to explore this good news, and to put your faith in Jesus. Our Sunday gatherings are a great place for you to do this.
