Local Community – Primary Scripture

Scripture is a great way that we are involved in the local community. We teach at 3 different schools – Northmead Primary School, Winston Heights Public School and Winston Hills Public School. We teach children from kindy to year 6 in partnership with some other local churches. It is a wonderful way to spend time with students and teach them about Jesus and His love for them. We have great fun as we sing songs, hear stories, do activities and encounter the living Jesus in the Bible.

Pray for SRE

Give thanks for the SRE classes and teachers at our local primary schools – Northmead, Winston Hills, Winston Heights. Pray the teachers will be faithful to God’s Word and be creative and appropriate to the children’s understanding with their lessons. Pray the children’s hearts will be prepared by the Holy Spirit to receive and believe the truth, and turn to Jesus.
